I have my master's degree in early childhood from Grand Valley State University. I am currently an area manager for child care licensing. I have held several positions in the field from lead teacher to a consultant for Great Start to Quality. I've been teaching early childhood classes at the college level for many years and I've taught everything from early childhood administration to child guidance. In addition, I've conducted trainings for early childhood professionals in a variety of topics including daily schedules and routines, infant toddler development, professionalism, curriculum and assessment, family engagement, and more.
