Early Childhood is my happy place! I have devoted over 25 years to working with families in licensed childcare homes and centers. I enjoy encouraging those new to the world of early childhood as well as those who are seasoned and need a reason to keep making a difference in the lives of children.

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, which results in many hours of reading, attending conferences, and collaborating with others in the field. I will forever be a "student."

My training experience includes working with home providers and center providers in multiple states, through webinars with professionals in other countries such as China, India, and Poland. When I worked for Experience Early Learning, I landed the largest account in company history (at that time), a multi-site school district in California. I then became the personal coach to all of their staff.

The state conference sponsored by MiAEYC has been my favorite place to present.
