Michelle Anderson is the Founder and CEO of April’s Voice and a Certified Trauma and Resilience Specialist with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and social services. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles including parent educator, family advocate, preschool teacher, foster care worker with the State of Michigan, and program manager for multiple child-caring agencies. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and two Master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies. Her passion for helping children and families heal and thrive has guided her work as a trainer, leader, and advocate. In addition to her professional roles, Michelle is the author of more than 20 children’s books and self-guided journals, all designed to inspire resilience, healing, and growth.
