Courtney is a Program Instructor with Michigan State University Extension Child and Family Development Team. She trains parents and early childhood professionals on topics of child development, learning, and behavioral guidance. Courtney has a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology as well as ten years of experience working in early childhood as a teacher/director and three years as a director of birth - 5th grade programming. She has also worked as an adult educator, and is certified as a Parent Talk and Teacher Talk Advantage trainer as well as a Music Together Specialist.
